i think what happened was that he had it ran 24hrs a day... Worked again after that so I may draw the conclusion that this will happen anytime the hardware is reconfigured, but I've only got the one event to base that on and The red & white audio cable are working fine and I'm getting all of the audio but there is not yellow port on my new tv for the N64's yellow ... I had experienced a bad RAM with this PC and I think it was stuck at the same screen, but I don't really remember. Possible GPU issue? Tried booting with a boot up cd but nothing is happening. I have not put in the new mobo yet but I will let you know if it works. What I would do to start troubleshooting this issue is disconnect everything in the system that isn't needed in the boot process...

I suspect that lightning or power surge has damaged the psu but I dont think the MoBo was damaged. I fixed my problem by installing new memory.
