These things fly planes? It also said that I had no internet access. I've moved up the Comcast chain to tier 2 support and have spoken to their wifi team.

At least once a day the connection drops and I don't know why. I think there is some kind of virus out there that is causing this and that it is mistaken for a modem problem (and probably mimics a true router problem).
