I've made everything NTSC, at the default config, dvd config, movie config and everywhere it can be changed to NTSC. command created only 4 start scene markers and no stop markers.This sounds pretty wild.
I understand that I can withdraw my consent at any time. If it helps, my OS is Windows Vista Home Premium, SP2. This program looks like a really great program, but I won't be able to use it if I can't find a resolution to the program not allowing NTSC. The project is now on a totaly different drive.
