The drive is a LITE-ON DVDRW LH-20A1H and I cannot find any indication that there is any driver or other software that could be a problem. Luckily the tech support at LG is much more responsive than MS (they directed me to the FixIT that worked a month or so ago). Does anyone know of a solution? I for some reason had to reformat my hardrive and reinstall Windows.
